D34-ILSC has upwards of 60 members on its seniority list, representing as many as 80 during their peak season in the summer months. Members teach a variety of courses (mostly 4-week-long sessions). The majority of these are ESL-based, communicative and academic (in addition to business-centred and liberal-arts-focused specialized programs), catering mainly to young adult international students, many of whom intend to continue their higher education in a Canadian college or university.

UTS is a University of Toronto-affiliated university preparatory school, teaching grades 7 through 12. Its members teach high-achieving students from a specialized curriculum in a co-educational learning environment that encourages creative interests and physical activity as well as a sense of social responsibility.
Graduates are admitted to highly-selective North American colleges and universities, many on scholarships.  It is the only merit-based university preparatory school in Canada affiliated with a university and located on a university campus.

Founded in 1886, the RCM is one of the largest and most respected music and arts education institutions in the world. Its bargaining unit comprises around 190 members.
